”Great hotel in a handy location...easy flat walk into the city. Everything is fresh and clean and the breakfast has a great choice. The only thing that lets it down is the extortionate cost for parking...way beyond anywhere else in Bath! We ended up using JustPark and paying £16 for over 24hrs parking rather than the £50 at the hotel!”

”Great location, very boutique style hotel.
The lighting in the room needs to be improved dramatically. It was dim and difficult to read a book.
Minor issue, but the coffee cups provided were old and had significant stains, a real put off if using them for coffee or tea.
The doors in lobby made significant noise that carried up through the second floor. Perhaps look at a way to dampen that.”
