”The check-in was horrible! Only one person working at the desk for the whole hotel??? No entertainment. No music at the adults pool. The staff is not nearly as friendly as the other hotels I’ve been to in puerto Vallarta. By far the worst experience- choose another hotel I guarantee you’ll have a better time.”

”Food was mediocre, typical resort food. Not buffet style so you have to ask for everything. Rooms below average design n vibe, it was giving dated. Not so family friendly regarding activities. Small lobby, nothing for kids to do outside of the swimming pool, making evenings challenging when pool is closed. ”Basic accommodations, good for one night when catching a flight or when arriving late. Breakfast was basic (toast, fruit, coffee, juice, granola) but sufficient. Pool area is comfortable and hotel located not too far from the beach. Staff are friendly and bed comfortable. Some traffic noise; ear plugs were useful for me. Decent shopping venues in the area.”
