”This place is awesome! The hotel is in a very safe location. It looks newer, updated and comfortable. The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious feeling. The bed was extremely comfortable. My only complaint is that I wish the breakfast went later than 9am as we just missed it by the time we made it to the lobby. We would definitely stay here again!”

”The lift was not working ..:. Be checked in at 1:30 in the afternoon, and they gave us the top most player. Floor asking us to pick up Bags and go over there. We believe this was done because we are from India because we saw people checking in later and getting lower floors There was no shower gel in the bathroom. We have to wait 15 minutes to get the same. Later, the flush broke and nobody came to repair even after multiple reminders”

”Hi did not get to stay for the breakfast I had to catch the shuttle to the airport at 5:30 in the morning. The shuttle was late leaving because I was not on the list is what the driver told me. Our room was in poor condition. The bathtub had several spots of mold the shower curtain was orange on the bottom from mold. The mirror in the bathroom was exceptionally cloudy and streaked. The sheets on the bed were exceptionally wrinkled and disheveled like someone had slept in them and they had not...

”The room was clean, bedding and linen were great. The windows were painted over with an opaque paint, so you couldn't see anything outside, which was very strange. The hotel itself was in a great location close to the airport and easy on access to the freeways heading into downtown Cleveland. Their free breakfast was the best. Good selection of pancakes, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt and then hot food of eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, etc. Also great hot coffee. I enjoyed my stay. ”

”Disgusting!!!! Fell for the reviews and was highly disappointed. Our room had mud along all of the baseboards, to the point you could see the splatter of liquid everywhere. The bedding had stains all over it. The walls were filthy. The blinds were broken and on the floor. There were tums all over the floor. Absolutely disgusting, looks like they only make the bed between stays. We left immediately and found a different hotel. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!”
