”Lovely room, really friendly and helpful staff and great restaurant/ breakfast ”

”On arrival we were informed we had received a complimentary room upgrade, which was very much appreciated. The suite was lovely. Spacious and very clean with a huge bed. Separate lounge and kitchenette containing hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. It would be ideal if you are here on business for a few days. Good location by the train station. Quiet room. No noise from the trains or the lifts in the building. The rooftop bar and terrace are nice and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.”

”I got a room that is suitable for disabled people. Bathroom wasn't really nice. Room was also one of those rooms that could be connected to the other room. Too bad that it also meant that I could hear everything that was happening in the room next to mine. Not nice to hear loud voices in the middle of the night. When I mentioned that while checking out, the lady in the reception said that because I booked through hotels.com I didn't get that good room. Should book directly from the hotel, she...

”An enjoyable one night stay at a hotel where the positive features far outweigh any minor niggles. Attentive and pleasant staff, excellent food, well presented and served in a timely manner. Rooms just bordering on the need for some love and attention, although White Stuff toiletries do a good job in diverting attention from the nasty stain on one of the seats. Decent enough spa facilities, although it would be helpful if the price to swim were included in the booking price.”

”This hotel was excellent. The decor was lovely, it was clean, the staff were exceptional, and the food both breakfast and dinner was fantastic. The location was great, walkable to anything you may need. I’d recommend this to everyone staying in Leeds.”

”The location is incredible. Convenient to everything. The room itself is spacious and clean, with a nice little kitchen and balcony. One downside was that the whole building smelled terrible. It wasn’t the rooms themselves but something to do with the sewer system I guess. Was yucky. ”

”My wife and I found this hotel very nice, being newly refurbished. Staff were all very friendly, we had evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant and enjoyed both very much, all in all a very pleasant stay, will definitely be returning.”

”Excellent stay”

”Receptionists were friendly. The host at breakfast ensured my vegan sausages (ordered at reception the day before) were freshly heated on my arrival and breakfast was lovely. He was attentive and polite. Room was very clean with a view overlooking the garden (Room 1, double, first floor). It's one street away from the main Headingley Lane bus stops straight into Leeds City Centre and buses are regular. Lots of pubs, restaurants, hustle & bustle (it's the student area of the city)....

”Staff were very helpful, accessibility was very good. Cleaning the room wasn´t very good; needed to go ask towels, bath mats, suger, coffee. Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. This disturbed our sleep.”

”The hotel is centrally located just across the road from the station. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom had a great shower and very nice toiletries. I will definitely stay again.”
