”I cannot fault the way the apartment is 'kitted out'. There was everything you needed even down to disposable slippers. Nice to have heaters for a very cold night and morning. The shower is great with an overhead rain shower. The owners always responded immediately to any questions I sent which is good. My only tiny criticism is that there was an overwhelming smell of very pungent air fresheners but obviously, most people wouldn't find that a problem. I would definitely recommend this...

Buffet style breakfast with choice of additional cooked to order dishes and continental options 5*.

”Staff were very helpful, accessibility was very good. Cleaning the room wasn´t very good; needed to go ask towels, bath mats, suger, coffee. Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. This disturbed our sleep.”

”Nice size room and comfortable bed. Basic coffee/tea options. Room window was right next to the train tracks of the station, alarmingly, but the sound outside was no issue.
Inside the room the aircon made a constant humming noise and could not be turned off even with assistance. Also got woken up earlier than intended by the cleaning staff repeatedly opening the very squeaky door of the stock cupboard outside our door.”
”On arrival we were greeted by lovely staff at reception. The rooms are clean and presentable with welcome cookies and drinks in the mini fridge. The bed was really comfy with a nice duvet. Location is fantastic. Would highly recommend. ”
”Great service as always. We dine here and have drinks quite often however this time it was for my birthday. Receptionist was kind enough to offer early check (at a cost) which is fine as it was nearly 3 hours before the usual check in, so that the room could be decorated. Room was clean and spacious, again room service staff were excellent. ”

”I cannot fault the Quebec Luxury apartments, the only downside is that we were only staying one night! The concierge lady was so lovely and welcoming, and we were able to leave our bags at reception early and they were waiting in our room after checking in. The check in time is 2pm which is conveniently earlier than a lot of hotels, the 11am check out was equally good as it felt we weren't rushing on the morning. ”I got a room that is suitable for disabled people. Bathroom wasn't really nice. Room was also one of those rooms that could be connected to the other room. Too bad that it also meant that I could hear everything that was happening in the room next to mine. Not nice to hear loud voices in the middle of the night. ”Being a regular at the hotel it’s always been excellent and this time is a repeat of our experience. Clean rooms, great location and a great selection of breakfast items. The only thing that bugs me with this hotel is the £20 a night parking fee but it’s secure and covered by CCTV so its something we pay for peace of mind.”
