”An enjoyable one night stay at a hotel where the positive features far outweigh any minor niggles. Attentive and pleasant staff, excellent food, well presented and served in a timely manner. Rooms just bordering on the need for some love and attention, although White Stuff toiletries do a good job in diverting attention from the nasty stain on one of the seats. Decent enough spa facilities, although it would be helpful if the price to swim were included in the booking price.”

”Nice welcome and check in was very quick. Rooms really clean and quiet. Beds really comfortable. Breakfast lovely with a range of options Small issue with toilet seat which moved . Oversell would definitely choose to stay there again”

”Hotel was fine, room was fine parking was ok but poor pricing for having to pay for parking. No complimentary parking even though advised hotel of my birthday visit. £26 for 2 days parking on top of hotel costs simply too much. Unnecessary parking charges spoiled the stay. Should be free for residents of the hotel as a benefit of staying at the place.”

”Exceeded expectations. The staff team were really friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and great coffee. We ate breakfast and dinner and had great food.we also atexat the bistro opposite which was great. Will definitely stay again. ”

”The location is incredible. Convenient to everything. The room itself is spacious and clean, with a nice little kitchen and balcony. One downside was that the whole building smelled terrible. It wasn’t the rooms themselves but something to do with the sewer system I guess. Was yucky. ”

”Nice and modern hotel . Only issue we had was lack of sleep due to hotel fire alarm went off around 5 am and had to evaluate the hotel for a good hour until staff members tried to turn it off and the fire service to arrive.”

”Efficient check in process late in the evening. I asked for decaff tea bags and milk at the reception desk. One of the ladies there brought them herself soon after we got to our room. Nice breakfast for an additional fee the next morning. Location was great with the hotel being a few minutes away from the train station”

”I got a room that is suitable for disabled people. Bathroom wasn't really nice. Room was also one of those rooms that could be connected to the other room. Too bad that it also meant that I could hear everything that was happening in the room next to mine. Not nice to hear loud voices in the middle of the night. When I mentioned that while checking out, the lady in the reception said that because I booked through hotels.com I didn't get that good room. Should book directly from the hotel, she...
