”I would recommend this resort to anyone who is looking to have a beautiful, relaxing, getaway with fantastic cuisine and exceptional service. From the moment we walked in, to the second we left, we felt pampered beyond what I could have asked for! Absolutely recommend having a butler - Rodrigo was a delight. The rooms are gorgeous and the pools are so nice too! Love that it felt like a boutique resort; not needing to walk miles in the heat to get where we wanted to the main part of the facility...

”Everything was good but there was no Indian food at all, 1 Basmati restaurant has Indian food but they only open on Sunday, Monday and Thursday and their food is the worst food. Rest Everything was cool.”

”We had a great family vacation overall, especially because of how much there was for the kids to do.
The pools were amazing! Our kids absolutely loved the lazy river and all the extra water features. We also used the Kids Club one day, and they had a fantastic time. It's definitely geared more toward younger children, which worked well for us.
Our room was excellent. We stayed in a long room with a partial ocean view, and it was spacious enough for our family. The kids shared the pull-out...

”Wonderful property and staff, kids enjoyed the kiddie pool a lot, food was excellent. Room service was amazing and housekeeping was also on point. Great for family!
Beach was not great for walking etc due to seaweed in June but all rooms are oceanfront which was a big plus. Our room was on level 9 so the view was pretty good. :)
We had been to Hilton cancun a few years back and this one felt slightly better overall EXCEPT hilton has a better beachfront area and cleaner/wider beach.(& donut...

”Our stay at SOTA was nothing short of amazing. The drive to the retreat was not too out of reach, and made sense, as we were in the jungle of Puerto Morelos.
We arrived a little later than expected, but greeted upon arrival at the gate by the staff. We were helped with our luggage to our stay, and we were stunned at every step! In our unit, there were fresh fruits waiting for us on the table.
Our room was surrounded by glass looking out into the jungle, and every room had access to opening...
