”Pools were not maintained supposed to be heated and was not. One of the hot tubs was ice cold. One of the outdoor pools were unusable with green water. The indoor outdoor pool was cold and full of pollen. This cement around the pool was all cracked and broken with large chunks missing with rugs over the cracks which I thought was a big hazard. ”When you rent a room through Expedia, the property gives you the worst possible room they have in the worst possible location. It would be okay if the room cost $40 a night but I still pay close to $100 a night for the crapiest room they have. The room they gave me was in the way back at the end of a long hallway where they were remodeling the interior of the building at 9 AM in the morning. The workers were Mexican and lived in a room down the hall from the roommate occupied.”
