We stayed for 2 nights, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Staff were wonderful. Check in was a breeze. Maintenance saw us in the pool and asked if the pool was warm and we said no. Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel & Suites, an official Colonial Williamsburg Hotel
The room we were given had a smoke smell but we we soon given another room that was fine. Everything worked well. Breakfast ok -- except for the all-too-common plastic cutlery and plates -- not ecological.

Wyndham Garden Williamsburg Busch Gardens Area
Very nice hotel. The breakfast was great. The purpose of staying here was to be near Busch Gardens and it was not disappointing.
