”Check in was ok . Not the greatest. Staff is quite stand off ish. My boyfriend and I complained about the tv not working as soon as we checked in and the front desk asked if it was a Samsung. One we said yes she went on to say “ oh they are giving us problems.” What does that even mean? Breakfast food was not cooked thoroughly and we were told only cash or room charge because the debit - credit card machine is out of service. Parking is horrible since it’s a parking lot shared with the Avis car...

”The room was just as pictured, nice & spacious: we stayed in the Mae West room. It was clean & had a Kuerig coffee maker w/ pods, tea & water; as well as a mini bar for a fee & free cold breakfast or for a fee hot breakfast daily. The complimentary pick up & drop off at the Sayville LIRR was a big help because I was traveling with 3 bags. The bed was comfortable & the property grounds are impressive. There is hot tub, pool & fire pit seating area. The hosts have a very pleasant demeanor. ...

”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel. Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel. We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation. Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”
