”Lovely stay”

”Beautiful room, tremendous view, lots of little touches, e.g. binoculars on the window ledge, dressing gown and slippers, a dram left on the window ledge, a proper bottle of milk left in the fridge, a wee bottle of irn bru, energy bars….. and the list goes on! So very thoughtful. We had the opportunity to speak to both Peter and Nicola and they were genuinely interested in us having a great time, which we did. Must be one of the best guest houses in Scotland, and we’ve visited loads of them. Top...

”What a great little place! It's perfect if you need a home-base and want to tour around the area. It's simple but lovely and well maintained. So clean! Alan, one of the owners is very knowledgeable and not just about the area! He has geology knowledge upon food recommendations upon hiking/walking/climbing trails. We got a lovely reception as soon as we arrived. It isn't fancy but the atmosphere and service are 5 star. ”

”The contact made sure we were safely installed, this being a late check in. The property was lovely and warm and our rooms cosy and comfortable. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk provided. The location is excellent. ”

”Nice pass-thru accommodation for one night with amazing views. The room was very small for 2 adults 2 small kids but we managed to fit - also the road was surprisingly close and created some noise & shaking during the night. ”

”We arrived in the middle of a storm Amy related power cut which had affected the whole region. The owners could not be more helpful and pulled out all the stops to get us an evening meal. A really nice place to stay. We took the scenic way there along the loch and the quick way to get back to the A82 - the Corran vehicle ferry runs every half an hour (or quicker) and takes 5 minutes to cross the loch. ”

”We had a great stay here. Everything was wonderful. The view was absolutely exquisite. The staff were totally helpful, accommodating, and very polite. The place was clean and lovely. The bed were reasonably comfortable. The only thing that was a little off, was that the blind in the bathroom was broken, so we had to manually roll it up if we wanted it open. It was no big deal since everything else was so lovely. ”

”Pure magic. The stunning views, the hidden babbling stream right outside my door and the perfectly appointed, beautiful and warm room. And Carol the amazing host. Perfect breakfast every day. This was my favorite stop on our adventures in Scotland and I hope to get back.”
