”Very cleanly, cute apartment and cute area with great shops and food. Although the house directly next to it is under construction and quite loud, overall the loft itself was wonderful🙂”

”The host made everything so easy and welcoming, which made our stay feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room is small, but it has all the essentials you need for a pleasant stay. The entire property is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated with lots of gorgeous plants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend it. Definitely a 10/10!”

”Great little spot in Deland. Clean unit, responsive hosts, and it’s a nice touch to see the ducks and chickens! I wish we had been able to take advantage of the fresh eggs, maybe next time!”

”Great cozy cute spot. Would stay again. Host was super responsive. Highly recommended.”

”We stayed one night after an exhausting 8 mile kayaking adventure. The property was safe, clean and just as described. The only thing I didn’t realize when I booked it is that the condo was on the second floor so we had to go up a flight of stairs. The beds were comfortable and I was very impressed with the bed linens and pillows because they were nice and it felt like home. ”This property is absolutely amazing. We will stay here again. Is clean centrally located to everything in walking distance.”

”Everything was incredible and the owners were extremely helpful and accommodating! Would stay here again 100%!”

Even then that washer is still difficult to start. The apartment itself was livable for a few days but not more than a week. The location is wonderful in downtown Sanford. I honestly would not recommend renting this place again.”

”Communication with the host was great, the place was spotless. We were close to downtown restaurants. ”

”Has everything you need to be comfortable. Well furnished and clean! Would stay again”

”Property as advertised. Extremely clean, great value, and great folks. Will definitely stay again.”

”Needs updated. Looks like it had some type of water leak and it was never repaired. I was highly disappointed but stayed anyway due to the fact that I had rented from them before and know this was not”

”We had such a great stay at The Porch! The space was absolutely perfect and incredibly well stocked. Truly, if we didn’t bring it—they had it. And if we didn’t even think of it—they already did. The attention to detail made everything so easy and comfortable. The owners were responsive, helpful, and clearly care a lot about making sure guests have a great experience. A fun unexpected bonus was getting to enjoy some band practice from the kitchen windows and backyard area—it added such a cool...
