The interior has been finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and modern appliances. The living space features a smart Tv, sofa and dining table. The sofa turns into a bed for up to 2 people that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking). Just off the living room is a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home. There is high speed broadband throughout the property. The generous bedroom has 2 large original windows and features a comfortable double bed made up with crisp hotel linen and storage space for clothes. The modern bathroom has a shower and bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.



Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to the apartment for the duration of their stay.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the City Centre on a quiet road, you will be within walking distance of most major attractions and landmarks, as well as a huge array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Liverpool Lime street station is just around the corner, as well as the Liverpool Empire Theatre. It's around 15 minutes walk to Matthew Street - home to the City’s famous music venue the Cavern Club and a host of other bars and clubs. The main shopping district, home to high street brands, is just 10 minutes walk away.



Getting Around:

As mentioned, most major attractions are within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes stopping 2 minutes from the building. Liverpool Lime Street Train Station is literally across the road, and Liverpool Central is just 5 minutes walk away.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 4 people.



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
