”Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The breakfast was delicious and the staff very helpful. I didn't have a chance to visit the pool and sauna however.
Only item to note is the central heating system was broken the weekend that I stayed. The hotel helpfully supplied a portable heater, which helped in the evening. ”

Weeny downside, I had already paid via Expedia, my partner didn't realise, and when checking in, whilst I was elsewhere, paid for the room. ”Location is perfect, close to lots of things to do and see. The staff are all very nice and friendly, can't folt them at all. ”Only slight issue it was a bit chilly in the room though not too bad and we were only there a night so didn’t mention.
Otherwise all good. Great central location opposite park (handy for dog walking). You made our dog very welcome. You have lovely staff who seemed genuinely interested in guests. You have a lovely bar and restaurant/room service. Parking next door easy to access. ”

”We had a wonderful stay here with our son, both sets of grandparents, and our dog, and it was perfect for everyone.
