Stayed 6 nights. Location was good but the hotel itself was a bit untidy and in our room smelt like human waste (literally) every time we entered our room. The air was stuffy in the whole hotel, at the reception they used so much some kind of deo to try to make the smell away. Not 4 star in my opinion at all. At the second night there was a false fire alarm, our next door neighbour told it was the second one of his stay. Lifts were really slow on constantly out of service. Staff was friendly tough.

Lomamatka perheen kesken. Hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla, jos liikkuu julkisilla. Henkilökunta oli mukavaa ja palvelu hyvää. Aamupala oli hyvä. Ostosmahdollisuuksia arvostavalle ehkä hiukan syrjäinen sijainti, mutta julkisilla kulkien, kaikki on aika lähellä. Olimme hotellilla pari tuntia etuajassa, tarkoituksenamme oli jättää laukut hotellille,mutta saimmekin huoneen heti. Myös late checkout onnistui helposti.

Was told we could park at the front of the hotel for 20 mins whilst we took our luggage to the room. However, after only being 15 mins we received a parking ticket. There are only 2 lifts and this was a real problem being such a big hotel. We were based on the 8th Floor and after waiting for over 20 mins to be able to get into the lift on several occasions we had no choice but to walk up and down the stairs to get to our room.

We had a great week at the Leonardo Royal Tower Hill! All staff were unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff. We loved having a good restaurant on site after long days of touring. The only negative was rather dim lighting in our room. Otherwise we loved the hotel and would recommend it.

Gute zentrale Lage mit einigen Optionen für Tube und DLR in wenigen Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. 7 Etage auch ruhig selbst wenn Feuerwehr vorbeifährt. Zu hören ja aber nicht störend. Gutes Frühstück mit Omelett Service sowie Obst und Gemüse. Sehr gute Zimmer Größe. War jetzt das 2 mal und gerne wieder.

I very much enjoyed the night there. There's a nice pool and spa area with jacuzzi and saunas as well as food areas both in the hotel and nearby (there's a wetherspoons next door). I would happily consider this hotel again.

Room was really great, clean and large for the price. The reception staff were very helpful and let me checkin early as the room was prepared. I would recommend this for families (I travelled with a small child).

The hotel was clean and safe. The front desk attendant did not consider our VIP membership with Expedia. Front desk attendants gave us conflicting information. The spa booking desk was very unorganized and unprofessional. We spend over $400 at the spa for them to book our brunch at the wrong time and not provide any information essential for the treatments. The front desk at the spa also lost our room key.
