Pretty good, a bit worn out
Overal a pretty good hotel. Rooms a bit worn out, so the price (which is not cheap) is mainly based on location (which was great).

Holiday stay
This hotel was comfortable and we enjoyed staying there. Hotel room would however need some renovation, price of the room would suggest that everything is of high standard.

Saimme huoneen tulopäivänä vasta n. klo 19 paikallista aikaa, pyydettiin vain menemään executive loungeen odottelemaan huoneen vapautumista, se ei ollut mikään hyvitys, olimme maksaneet ko palvelun huoneluokkamme yhteydessä. Pickled Hen ravintolassa oli todella ylimielinen palvelu, emme menneet toiste. Huone oli vanhahtava ja kylpyhuone päivityksen tarpeessa mutta sängyt hyvät ja todella hiljaista, ei mitään ääniä käytävältä eikä muista huoneista kuulunut eikä vastapäätä oleva rakennustyömaa häirinnyt. Sijainti oli hyvä sekä jalkaisin, että busseilla liikkuessa.

Conveniently located near Oxford Street and Hyde Park. Clean rooms and public spaces and lots of cafes nearby for breakfast if not eating at the hotel. Bathroom was a little basic for a 4/5 star hotel. Pool was a nice bonus for the kids. An extra charge for in-room wifi was a let down.

Hyvä aamiainen. Oikein ystävällinen ja huomaavainen palvelu. Keittiö otti tosissaan huomioon meidän allergisen lapsen eritys ruokavalion.

Good night sleep!
Excellent beds. Very friendly service. The location was good for us, although the neighborhood was rather shabby. The family room was a bit too small (in my opinion, considering the price!) but very comfortable and tidy. The soud proofing was good, as well as the beds, so I slept very well, which is no too common... The pricing of the breakfast was ridicilous (22 pounds for children!) but there is Costa Coffee right opposite to the hotel.

We had a great stay. The hotel was clean, safe, conveniently located, and there was a decent restaurant there. The only issue we had was our thermostat broke our last night there and they claimed it could not be fixed. Little effort was put forth from a customer service perspective. Otherwise, I would recommend it.

We had a pretty bad stay. Our room was awful to be honest; small, the lamps flickered/buzzed, the bathroom was insanely dated and ugly, there was the smell of cigarette smoke coming through the ancient air conditioning vent in the morning, and there was an incessant loud clanging sound from pipes the other side of the wall ALL NIGHT. We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t realise the noise until bed time as we had been out, and then we were out all day for a wedding the next day and again did not get back until late - otherwise I would have absolutely demanded another room. We had 715 so if you get that when you check in, refuse it!!! Wasn’t overly impressed with how front desk dealt with it this morning when they asked how our stay was. We just explained it was pretty bad in honesty, and they basically said it was a shame and bye! Why ask then? I stayed in a Brussels Marriott last week, an airport Marriott late last year and an NYC Marriott about a year ago. They were all fantastic and were the only reason we felt happy booking this overpriced room for 2 nights. To be in central London a stones throw from some of the most expensive houses in the country and be given this abomination of a room was nothing short of a joke. I’m not a fussy hotel user - a decent bed (the bed here was fine btw) and a clean/quiet space to come back to should be the bare minimum. This was dated, uncomfortable, dark, small, ugly, loud, cramped and it stunk. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

A very nice hotel
Very pleasant, clean and friendly hotel about 5 minute walk from Marble Arch. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was a nice variety of food in a buffet style. Clean hotel and rooms cleaned daily. Overall it helped to make a wonderful trip away for my family.

Godt hotell i Marble Arch området.
Trivelig hotell med god beliggenhet litt tilbaketrukket fra den trafikkerte Edgeware Road. Vi fikk oppgradert til "family room" uten tilegg i pris. Noe harde madresser trekker litt ned på komforten.

I paid for a King bed and did not get a king bed. The hotel phone in the room did not work so anytime I needed something, I had to go downstairs to the front desk. Very inconvenient and unacceptable.

The hotel is in good central location though the area can be noisy on weekends. The building is a bit tired and can use a renovation. Having said that, the room had everything we needed, staff was really professional and helpful. Breakfast buffet was quite good with ample choice. Overall, good stay

Dated room and overpriced - Avoid this hotel
Overpriced hotel and extremely dated rooms. The had a large portable noisey portable AC unit in the room that needed a duct to go outside via a window. I was with my four year old child and this was extremely difficult room to stay in due to the noise. The window had to be left open for that duct. When I went down to ask them to change the room they said nothing available. The only positive thing in this hotel was the breakfast buffet. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. In conclusion, I was glad that I was only there was one night.
