Loistava majoituspaikka lontoossa
Yöpymiskokemus oli kerrassaan erinomainen. Loistava ja ammatittaitoinen asiakaspalvelu toi heti hymyn huulille. Majoituksessa oli ilmainen Wifi-yhteys, joka oli hyvä asia. Sisään-ja uloskirjautuminen oli helppoa. Todella hyvä sijainti. Huoneet olivat todella puhtaita siistejä ja ilma oli raikas ja erinomainen.

Edullista majoitusta hyvällä sijainnilla
Edullinen ja ystävällinen pikkuhotelli Paddingtonin aseman kupeessa. Kävelyetäisyydellä esim. Oxford Streetiltä yms. Huone oli pieni ja hieman nukkavieru, mutta kaikki toimi mukavasti. Suosittelen edulliseen kaupunkilomailuun.

Even though the location was good this hotel was not worth it. Small and dirty, not that much to eat in breakfast. We also got bedbugs from the hotel!

Pieni huone, kova sänky, jossa likainen huopa. Suihkutila tosi kapea ja vesi kertyi lattialle. Aamiainen melko yksinkertainen. Wifi ei toiminut huoneessa ollenkaan.

Wifi is offered only in the reception and breakfast room. The room size and the pictures are on the booking website including the toilet. Please do check before you book a rom what facilities are being offered.

Perfect location. Rooms are a bit dated and very small, but still a decent place to stay. Rooms and common areas are clean and staff nice. Okay breakfast.

Hyvä yöpymispaikka.
Hotelli sopi erinomaisesti kauniin ja lämpimän ajan kaupunkilomalle. Vietimme huoneessa vain yön ja pienen lepotauon päivällä. Huoneessa ei sänkyjen lisäksi juuri muuta tilaa ollut mutta se ei haitannut. Huone oli siisti ja puhdas. Hyvät yhteydet.

Samaa kuin kaikki hotellit Sussex gardensissa
Olimme puolison kanssa vajaan viikon tässä hotellissa. Perustasoinen, hintaansa nähden ok. Henkilökunta oli erittäin mukava, aamiainen oli ihan ok (perus munat, pekoni, paahtoleipä, mehu, kahvi, murot) ja lisäksi plussaa, että huone siivottiin joka päivä ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin. Hotellin kunto on huono, lattiat narisevat, kylpyhuone erittäin pieni, sänky olikin vain 120cm eikä täysleveä ja meidän huoneen ikkunan toinen karmi oli lähes irti, onneksi huomasimme avatessani koska oli aika lähellä että olisi pudonnut kokonaan alas.

Good location.
Smallest bathroom I have ever seen! If you are a big person you should go somewhere else, because you can't fit in the shower. Small room with a big window you can open. And a fan. Breakfast was very simple, but ok. If you are only looking for a place to sleep during your stay in London this is good option with good price and good location. I would go there again.

Hyvä sijainti
Hotelli sijaitsi hyvällä paikalla ja hyvien kulkuyhteyksien varrella. Hotelli ja huoneet kaipaisivat päivitystä. WC/suihkutila oli todella pieni, minkä kyllä tiesin lukemistani arvosteluista ennestään. Henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällistä. Viereisellä kaduilla oli paljon hyviä ruokapaikkoja ja pubeja.

Hotellin sisustus ja huonekalut ovat jo vanhat ja kuluneet mutta paikka on kuitenkin puhdas. Huone ja suihku oli erittäin pieni. Aamupala keskitasoa. Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla Hyde Parkin ja Paddingtonin aseman välissä. Sopii nukkumiseen. Onneksi hinta vastaa hotellin tasoa, eli on melko matala. Myös palvelu oli ystävällistä.

Die Rezeption war immer besetzt, das Personal freundlich und bemüht. Unser 4 Personen Zimmer war leider im Keller, sehr muffig, viel zu klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage nahe am Paddington Bahnhof und viele nette Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung waren positiv.

They aren't giving the key of the front door, but they have a "24h reception" service. If they're not falling too much deep asleep on your late returns, you may be lucky and they'll open you the door. We weren't lucky and the night of the 25th of December we ringed the bell 40 minutes and then we decided to search for an other hotel in the area for the overnight. They said they're sorry for the inconvenience, but never refunded us the night as we asked. We will complain further trough Expedia. By the way, the Hotel we had been was 64 a night for a fully-featured hote, and this one took 78 for a badly organized room. Check the other hotels in the same area, I had the feeling that we've been in the worse one by observing the others services, quality and price.

Very decent budget accommodation. I wasn’t happy about the large amount of mold on the bathroom ceiling, but I was happy about how quickly the staff got someone in to clean it after I told them about it. The room itself was very small but clean, warm, and safe-feeling.

It is a small hotel in an area with similar small hotels which offers a basic room with a bathroom for a very decent price. The rooms are small but if you just need a place to stay for the night and to wash up in-it works just fine.

Needs complete refurb!!!
It seriously needed a complete renovation. Carpet in my room is dirty and has stains on it. Pillow a bit hard, and very squeaky bed and floor! Very tiny shower area in toilet only just managed to fit in and drain is partially clogged and very slow to drain, i thought it would overflow while i was having a shower and flood the whole toilet thus i kept turning the water on and off while having a shower. The only plus point was the staffs were really helpful. Will not stay there ever again!!!

Now a days it is very difficult to understand the guest. A guest is very satisfied and leaves a 10 review and the next guest leaves a 2 review. Same hotel, same rooms, same serviceand same tariff. It is also very difficult when a guest leaves an anonymous review after the stay and not while staying as the management can address the issue immediately. Difficult times to operate a budget business trying to please everyone.

When a guest writes a review saying would not recommend, the management wonders what was not in order. Is it the centrally located location near Paddington station with all the shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs around.Is it the decent size clean rooms with housekeeping provided with fresh towels, tea, coffee, sugar and milk refilled daily. Is it the friendly staff assisting with the most easy check in and check out procedures. Is it the 24/7 manned reception to open the locked main entrance door for security and safety reasons. Is it the most affordable tariff for central London. Or is it for any personal reasons.

Not recommend to friends
I want to say I will not recommend this "Hotel" to people for four reasons: 1. The room is cold at night because the heating is off overnight. 2. Basic washing items such as shower gel and shampoo are not provided for customers at the Hotel level. 3. The main door of the hotel is controlled by the hands of the hotel staff (owner) so every time the customer can not enter without his permission. 4. The staff (owner) was not polite and shouted at me "Why only you" when I needed him to open the main door as the remote control was out of work.

Everytime a guest writes a negative review, the management has to explain the reason. The heating is set with automatic temperature control. Bath soap is provided unlimited. The guest are informed from the time of the check in that the main door is locked for security and safety reasons. There is someone at the reception 24/7 to open the door. This particular guest was very impatient and wouldn't wait until the door lock was opened and starts to shout. Only registered guest are allowed in to the guest rooms for security reason but he insisted to bring a stranger apparently to give massage to his wife which we let him do. He registered as he was from Portugal but when asked on his departure if he was going home to Portugal. He denied that he was from Portugal.

Para descansar y poco más
Muy buena ubicación del hostal, con paradas de bus a unos metros de la estancia y bocas de metro a unos 5-7 min. Las camas son justas para una persona de 1,80m y la limpieza es justa dentro de lo aceptable. La calefacción la encienden por la noche, se agradece. No hay cortinas opacas para la luz solar, cosa que mejoraria para que fuera del todo comodo.

No other guests have had any problem with dust. Our rooms are cleaned properly and all linens are changed before new guests arrive. Fresh towels and soap are also provided daily.
