”Sir I put this message with very unhappy heart. I’m with this app very long time. I book so many times hotel and airline tickets as well. But this I have very bad experience with this hotel. Without reason they send out this hotel my first night. Even they not return my two days hotel money. They try to send me jail. But not reason. Police not arrest me. But police people very compromised with hotel. I book another hotel. Also pay again. So only please no book that hotel holiday inn at holts...

”Very nice roomy clean hotel, great bed and awsome bathrobes! At age eighty a grab bar in the shower is welcome, but not one with four sharp 'nipples' hiding on the backside, so when you slide your hand along the bar it cuts into your hand. It is so unbelieveable I took pictures! Room 511. To add insult to literal injury, on checkout there was an additional charge of forty dollars, never before mentioned, because we reserved online.”

”The property was not well maintained at all. The rooms had a musty smell to them, The halls smelled like smoke and weed. The elevators did not work The carpets were dirty. There was a huming noise coming through the walls in the middle of the night. I had to check out and go to another hotel. This place was disgusting.”

”Good”

”Great location with super friendly staff.”

”Excellent hotel, excellent breakfast and amazing hot hub”

”My husband and I chose to stay there after a mix up with another hotel. There were soccer teams (young girls) competing in the area. Admit 18 hours away they were running up and down the halls giggled .”

”Staff believes in customers last them first especially the”

”great Breakfast”

”Rooms were very clean and spacious. The free breakfast was good and all the staff I interacted with were extremely nice, informative and helpful. There are multiple places to eat right by this location, including a pizzeria and Starbucks and Walmart is also right there which makes picking up any last-minute items super easy. I was in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot for all the running around I had to do. Would highly recommend to family and friends.”

”Hissit oli hitaat. Aamupalalle sai odottaa vuoroa pitkään ja sama uudelleen ylös. Muuten ei valitettavaa.”

”I booked a hotel room that includes breakfast. The Hotels.com confirmation clearly states that breakfast is included in the reservation. However, the hotel staff told us that breakfast is not included in the room rate. This should be clarified between the hotel and Hotels.com. As a result, my family and I had to pay for breakfast even though the reservation promised otherwise.”
