”Great modern boutique hotel with beautiful design and features. Clean, smells brand new still and centrally located. Front desk staff was very friendly and staffed 24 hours. Bed was comfortable, blackout blinds effective, kitchen as described, and towels large and clean. My only complaint is that the so-called fitness centre is not really that at all. It is a tiny room with a treadmill and a couple light dumbbells. They would be better off affiliating themselves with a local gym and give us...

”Sijainti on loistava, rakennus on hyvässä kunnossa ja kaunis. Tässä paikassa oli myös henkilökuntaa, mikä oli hyvä, koska laukut pystyi jättämään säilytykseen. Mutta äänieristys oli ihan olematon, vaikka sijainti oli rauhallisella kadulla niin katumeteli oli häiritsevää ja samoin muista huoneistoista kuului häiritsevää meteliä mm. askelten äänet tuntuivat kuin elefantti olisi kävellyt. Huoneisto oli pienehkö ja vaikkakin mahdollinen kolmelle hengelle niin käytettävyyden puolesta parempi...

”We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.”

”Location excellent as close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and museums. Gabriel, the housekeeper was helpful. We booked the larger room, worth doing. The microwave listed on hotels.com inventory was missing and the oven was reported as did not work. We book the advertised garden view room but had a front road view room. Despite this we had a good time and enjoyed.”

”The best part about this flat was the people running it. We had an issue with the A/C and not knowing how to turn it on and they immediately came to try and help us. However, as for the apartment, I feel like it has potential but it was lacking quite a bit. The place is pretty rundown and everything was dirty, including the walls. What really tipped me over the edge was how the mattress was missing a mattress protector to help prevent bed bugs. The apartment could also do with some black out...
