It was a nice, clean little place but I feel their information on your site is completely wrong.. Rooms look completely different, they are so tiny. Photos on your site are not really what it looks like. For the most part I felt safe staying there but feel the explanation is the property on your sight is not at all what it is. Staff was very nice when you could find them. Joe was great, but when he wasn’t working you never knew were anyone was if you have questions.. Zero amenities not even a vending machine. I would not come back and stay here. Walls are thin, we were woke up at 4 am the first night by pounding on the outside wall by a homeless individual and we were on second floor, that tells you how thin the walls were.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce petit hôtel. Son point fort : l'emplacement en bordure de plage dans un secteur résidentiel et à deux pas de commerces sympathiques. L'hôtel est assez vieux et les installations sont minimales mais tout est ultra propre, le lit est confortable et plusieurs commodités sont sympathiques comme la belle terrasse sécurisée faisant face à la mer. On est aussi à distance de marche des canaux de Venice Beach ainsi que du secteur plus animé (touristique de Venice). Le personnel a été très sympathique et aidant. Je recommande chaleureusement cet hôtel et j'y retournerais avec bonheur!

The walls are too thin to be in the below a unit! Who knew people can move around for 4 hours straight! At times it seemed like they were going to fall through the ceiling Interior outdated and floors were sticky. Staff was pleasant so review is only based on the stay

Noel, Rep who welcomed me at check in was GrEAT! The property is located right on the beach, which is fantastic! However, the property is outdated and wore down, the room had a moldy smell and the walls are paper thin—I could hear folks in near by rooms and certainly hated those walking (felt like they were stumping) above me—since I was on the ground floor. 😬

The check in was seamless... the clerk at the front desk was so nice And accommodating. He let us check in a tad bit early and made sure we had parking. The homelessness around fhe property is a problem. But it's not the hotels problem. That is down to the city not handling it. Kids loved being close to the beach. Fun location.

We checked in on a very rainy day. The staff was cleaning in between groups coming and going. That said - the place smelled of bleach and mildew. I'm sure the place is much nicer on a sunny day where you can sit outside - but if it's not sunny - there is no where to hang out. The small rooms were clean.

You cannot beat this location in terms of proximity to the beach. But the room is tiny (maybe 150 sq ft?) and kind of dingy - really needs to be updated badly. We arrived at 1030pm, and the doors were locked, there were no parking spaces available (and no on-street parking), and nobody answered the phone the first time I called, which was alarming. I called back, and someone answered and came to the door, and freed up a parking space (I somehow missed that this was an additional $20 per day??) by moving his car. He was very kind and helpful. The neighborhood didn't feel particularly safe to me at night. This strikes me as the kind of place college kids would love if they were going to the beach for a few days. But it was not at all what I expected.

I booked an ocean view room and did not get that. I was just facing a house and the floor was dirty. I didn’t get no sleep because of people upstairs sounded like they were removing furniture all night and morning the bed was so hard you could feel the spring and the sofa couch was hard Once he tried to sit on felt like it was going to cave in if you’re looking for a comfortable stay I wouldn’t stay here. If you’re looking for a convenient location, then you found your place.

Nice and cozy
Perfect place for a staycation with my wife. It was nice being right on the beach and walking on the walking path through the town. Out door lounge area was also great to sit and soak in the sun and people wat.

It was a very nice place to stay the rooms are small yet your only there to sleep. . Wish they would have had coffee pots. If you stay here make sure you pay for parking 20 a night they only have 8 spots. Nice views from the third floor.

For the price, you can’t beat the location. Close to great bars and restaurants. Parking is fairly easy on the streets nearby. The rooms are extremely small—if you have more than one suitcase, there will be little room to maneuver. Shower was very nice.

Choosing this hotel was my biggest mistake. there wasn't any initial thing for accommodation, like tooth brush or sheets. the room was super small and we were disturbing by foot stamps of the others. in conclusion it doesn't worth it to stay even for 1 hour
