”The shower was dirty with hair, dirt and grime. The floor was unleveled where the carpet met the laminate floor. Very easy to stub toe. Fridge still smelled like the previous persons food. Walls were not sound proof, could hear almost everything from neighbors. The beds were nice and not squeaky.”

We stayed one night, we arrived earlier like noon time and they wanted to charge us $50 or 75 for early check in. I never heard of that
The room smells, not sure if the carpet itself or something else
The staff are ok but not welcoming
The breakfast area was tight and not appealing
I’ll look for another hotel if I stay there in the future”

”The beds were so high I wasn't able to get on. I hesitated to drink anything in fear to have getting off the bed and I'd have try to get on the bed. Being handicapped this was not the appropriate room due to have the bed so high and the staff was aware. Then the toilet was so low that I felt I was going to fall and there were no rails to grab hold. The back of my thighs hurt because of the toilet seat was very uncomfortable.”

”It is at convenient location and staff was nice and breakfast was okay it is the same thing everything single day, if you stay more than 3 days you will eat the same thing every day, and when had an issue with the tv and we call to check the tv and cable but they came and they said they will be back and never return I reported to the lobby the day I left because we waiting for 2 days.”

”The property itself is a nice place in a good location with lots of restaurants close by; however, when I got there at 3:00, the room wasn’t ready. They checked us in 2 hours later. I was traveling with a disabled adult and waiting for two hours in the lobby was terrible. They did waive the parking fee efficient was nice.
Don’t know if would return to this place. I like my sheets changed and my bed made and this place doesn’t offer cleaning services unless you stay 7 nights.”
