”Overall, it was a good stay. Communication with owner was good and she was quick to reply to all questions and concerns throughout the stay. The size of the place and amenities were perfect for what we needed. However, cleanliness could be greatly improved. The yellow couch in the living room was very stained and there was debris all over the floor throughout the apartment, which made the stay feel uninviting and slightly uncomfortable. I ended up bringing in a blanket from my car to place over...

”This apartment is even larger than we expected. It had everything we needed and the location is perfect! It is walkable to anything you need. Also, the owner is extremely responsive. If anything needs to be fixed or cleaned, it’s as easy as a text. I would definitely stay here again! ”

”I stayed at Joanne Perla one-bedroom for a federal court trial. Joanne was a pleasure to deal with, and quickly addressed any concerns. The building itself is lovely and feature-laden. Neighborhood remains a bit dodgy, but the Perla is across the street from the Grand Central Market and close to other downtown landmarks and restaurants. I strongly recommend. ”
