”Great location”

”Great location easy walk to the beach. The house is ok does need a little work as windows are single pane and most don’t have screens so if windows were opened we dealt with a lot of gnats. You could hear a lot of street noise and you can hear the people above just walking around, showering or if they were talking loudly. Also there are enough places settings for four people but dishwasher was easy enough to use to keep up with clean dishes. Shower doors don’t seem to stay closed and one of the...

”The house we rented was beautiful. But the was completely incorrect in terms of where the rental was located. It said Marina del Rey, but it was actually Culver City. The listing also said it was a 10 minute walk from Venice Beach. Being from the Midwest, we wanted a high walk ability. It was a 15 minute drive and even then they tried to gaslight me into saying I was incorrect about their listing.”

”It's just a short walk to alamitos Beach (3-5 minutes). The place has everything you need for a family like ours. Dorothy was very nice and willing to accommodate our needs which included early check in.”

”Wonderful stay! We were in town with our teenage daughters looking at colleges and we all loved this place and Santa Monica. The place is super clean and spacious for a family of 4 and it was great to be able to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Communication with owner was great. We would stay again!”
