”Our stay at mountain top park was absolutely wonderful. It really is at the top of the mountain (The drive from the front entrance to the hotel is steep and windy, in a fun way). ”Darlene “Dar” was #1 at check in and on check out. She keeps the hotel rolling!! At breakfast we chose a different 1-4 options each morning to see the difference. Each one was great, if I had to choose I’d select the pancakes with scrambled eggs. Room was always clean each day when we returned from our daily venture. Dont miss the happy hr by the pool in the garden from 4-6. ”

”We really loved the place. Nice atmosphere and spacious clean rooms. Would’ve been easier with a car but also had no problem commuting by taxi (~4 usd to downtown). Great pizza in their restaurant. I wish there was a fridge in the room since the closest mercado is pretty far and it would be nice to keep drinks/snacks cold.”

”The room is beautiful and very clean! They are bungalows in the middle of the forest, with breathtaking views. The property caretaker, Tony, is very polite. Strongly recommend this. Just a note, there is no restaurant around so you must drive to the beach or quepos to eat all meals. There is no room service nor any service at the pool. ”

”The property is very quaint, the rooms are large and fit our family of 6 just fine. The staff is great, the pool is amazing, and the views of the beautiful trees and wildlife were top notch. Each day a family of macaws would fly over the hotel while we were eating breakfast, it was breathtakingly beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel. ”
