”It was my first time visiting Seattle for the convention taking place. The property was nice and clean and very convenient to be just down the street from the convention center, made it easy to get back and rest after the long day. Would definitely book again!”

”Carlos made us feel welcomed and was attentive to any needs we had. Made himself available to questions and was prompt to reply. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. We didn’t use the adequately stocked kitchen because there were just too many wonderful restaurants to try.Would definitely come back! ”

”This is the perfect location if you’re looking for something in very close proximity to Climate Pledge or the Space Needle. The rooftop balcony is a great touch for hanging out away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Apartment is clean, well appointed, and in a secure building. Would definitely stay here again! ”

”Great location in walking distance to a lot of popular tourist areas- we would walk to the monorail station at the Space Needle with our kids and take it to Pike Market. Great weekend stay before our cruise, laundry (stackable) was a plus and convenience store across the street for waters and such. Restaurants all around, as well. Loved it. ”

”The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that ”

”I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was very quiet, private, and the location is great for exploring Seattle. The interior is modern and clean. I felt like I was at home for the entire week. Parking was super easy. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would 100% stay here again. ”

”The stay in Burien was Wonderful. And the place was great. It has everything you need. You areAble to walk to the ocean and also there are some great restaurants nearby. The Hosts and Neighbors were very nice and welcoming. Be aware that there is an Almost 2 miles walk to public transportation. ”

”Very clean, great attention to detail. We found the Murphy bed very comfortable, My wife has a hip condition and she hurt less sleeping on this bed than our bed at home! Pillows were great also. We might suggest a couch that is more comfortable. Enjoyed the projection tv! Cozy get away! ”

”Clean and comfortable accommodation. Afternoons outside are very busy, especially during the week as Ballard High School is across the street, but once the traffic cleared out we were able to park our car right out front.”
