”Good service and location. Breakfast is pretty nice for American standard but second time in a row they opened they door late which make customer need to wait behind the door for 10-15 mins.”

”Came with car. Parked and checked in. All good, easy and fast. Went up to room. No straight lake view as reserved, lake behind the corner. Went back to to ask about it. Got lake view room. View was awesome. Room was nice size but either not cleaned or done in a hurry. Not really clean. Some medicines found on the floor. Street and train noises could easily be heard. Even on the upper floors. Staff was really nice and helpful. Took our feedback seriously.”

”The room temperature never got down to what we set the thermostat to, so it was a bit warm. We opened the window for a bit which helped. Conditioner was empty. But very cool hotel with a great view, great access to the city, and good on-site bar.”

”The location of the Orrington is excellent but the star of the Orrington is delfinitely its staff. They were friendly, helpful and handled busy and problem situations with grace and solutions. Gotta love the midwest!”
