”We had a great experience with friends. The apartment was clean and spacious, and there was everything we needed. The location was good for us, a short distance to the city and United Center. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. Ali was a great host, helpful, hospitable and communication was easy with him. He responded quickly and always helped when needed. Overall, the apartment felt like home and I hope to come back. I really recommend staying here if you want a five star experience....

”We were initially lacking the code for the entry door, but it was handled very quickly, professionally and securely. The apartment is an excellent choice for a single person or a couple. It's a lovely space. Two possible improvements, a mattress pad. I like a firm bed, but others may not. Room darkening shades as the room never got dark. ”

”We stayed a week and found the space to be very comfortable. Just what we needed for our small family. The space was clean and well cared for and located conveniently to just about anywhere you might need to go. Host was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend! ”

”We found a used razer that was left in the shower and also some dishes that didn't look like they were washed. Other than those couple of things it was clean and an extremely nice stay. We went for a concert at the wrigley stadium and were able to listen to them rehearse the day before. The walk was just across the road and we were able to walk and pick up groceries from whole foods.”

”The property was great. Clean, charming, and full of accommodations. Check in/out was really simple if you need a quick place to crash, but has everything you need for a longer stay. The best part was the communication with the host though. Very easy to get in touch with, very detailed in answering questions, and was understanding when discussing damage found from a previous guest. Overall would stay again. ”

"My daughter and I went to Chicago to run the marathon. Booked The River hotel as it was one of the few hotels I could find with twin beds at a reasonable price located within walking distance to grant park. The room was compact but it was warm, clean, had a microwave oven, mini fridge and espresso machine. Location was absolutely brilliant. Magnificent mile just the other side of the river and plenty of shops, restaurants, bakeries right next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, only really had interaction at checking. Highly recommend, I certainly would stay there next time."
