”For a 4-star hotel, many things were not as they should be: the food (both breakfast and dinner) in particular. While the pool was great as was the beach (although too crowded), the spa did not live up to expectations: the use of the pools was not included in treatment prices and the pools were not “different temperatures”, as said in the website. One should also note that the conditions (cancellation policy during covid and the 10 o’clock checkout time) were very inflexible. ”

The staff made us wait for a manager for an hour before letting us know if we could stay at the hotel. The manager didn't speak English but other staff translated the conversation. ”Hotel is very nice, pool area is very modern and the sunbeds are good. They also had a nice breakfast with a lot of healthy options also. Rooms are clean and minibar is cheap.
