Here are the instructions for collecting the keys and accessing the apartment:
Arrived in Via San Nicolao 77 - 55100 Lucca (https://maps.app.goo.gl/8KPoN99qJynWyJtR7) you will find a safe attached to the grate at the bottom right of the entrance door
This 2408 is your personal code to open the safe and collect the keys.
Taking the keys, open the street door and enter with the small key. Your apartment is the first door on the right.
The long key has a specific direction (it opens only if inserted the right way) so if you insert the key the wrong way you don't have to force it open but remove it from the keyhole and reinsert it from the opposite side.
Once at home, you will have few rules: make yourself at home and have fun!
