”Nothing to complain about as far as the personnel, but when you are running the hot water in your bathroom sink if you turn on the cold faucet, even just a tiny bit then all the water runs cold. A friend of mine who was also attending the same event, I was attending was on the fifth floor while I was on the third floor and he experienced the same thing. Beautiful hotel, but cannot get the plumbing right!”

”Booked a 4 night getaway for my boyfriend and I to have a relaxing stay in weekend. It was going to snow that weekend so it was going to be perfect to stay in, swim, bowl, get massages, etc. WRONG. The pool and all other amenities are separate from the hotel. Meaning we'd have to walk across the parking lot with wet hair from swimming outside through the snow and wind to get to and from our room. Same with all other amenities.
