”It's just a basic Motel. Staff are indifferent, facilities basic. The main problem is that the reason for staying here is that it is walking distance to the airport. Except, it is not anymore. The staff will not let you use their front driveway to access the airport anymore. That means a much longer walk, including down a step hill, OR they will organize a taxi for CFP 2,000 for you. So, a handy property becomes a total gouge. Can't think of a reason why I would bother staying here again.”

”Beautiful and unique “hobbit cabins” in far south Tahiti… two warm pools, fish ponds, amazing flowers and foliage, fantastic sunsets, great breakfast. Be aware that the bungalows are open to the elements and there may be a short uphill walk from the parking lot. Nets are provided for the beds and we didn’t have a serious issue with bugs. There are also chickens wandering the grounds, which is fun.”

”Extremely overpriced and underwhelming. The photos are misleading in that it appears to be a small boutique accommodation, but in fact a pension where you are staying in someone's home. Our room did not look like the photos, and seemed to be a storage room with random items (old mattress, car seat, etc) scattered about. We could hear the family having dinner from our room through the connecting door to our room. The proximity to the airport was the best feature.”

”We had a two-storey room with a sea view and it was really nice. The view was amazing over a black beach facing the island of Moorea. The service in the hotel was good. The restaurant was full on Friday and you have to take a taxi to get to Papeete so if you want to eat in the hotel make sure to make a table reservation in advance. The breakfast buffet was not much but as it was not included in our stay we preferred a la carte breakfast which was good and affordable. ”

”Pros: good location, clean, new. Cons: This is a very, very basic room. There was a desk, but no outlets to plug in a laptop, and no lights on or above the desk. No amenities like a coffee maker, toiletries (a bar of soap or tissues would be nice), microwave or refrigerator.
