”I stayed at Elizabeth’s upstairs apartment with my husband and 5yo twins. Street parking was always available and the beach/pier was a short walk. We cooked in the kitchen and did laundry in the space provided. We used the beach toys, beach mats and umbrella. We opted to rent bikes as we wanted tandem bikes for our children which was an easy walk from the apartment, but beach bikes and helmets were available. Boutique 444 is near the Venice Canals and in walking distance from Venice Beach and Abbott Kinney Blv. For the grocery shopping you need a car. The bed was big and the bathroom was clean. ”Their booking system is a bit suspicious to me. You have to upload your ID and information on a webpage that stays public, although "protected" with a UUID4 URL. Don't feel very comfortable having all my personally identifyable information in public internet. The apartment was in a good condition and great location. There was somebody making noise in the upsrairs apartment for 3 nights all night. Earplugs recommended.”
