Autobahn und Altreifenlager ist in Sichtweise, deshalb vordere Terrasse kaum nutzbar. Im Prinzip ist das Haus nur ein Teil eines Doppelhauses. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Pros: Beautiful views. Lovely outdoor spaces. Good size apartment. Excellent communication Cons: Too much noise at night from traffic and nearby barking dogs. No easy access to restaurants or grocerias.

Schöne Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen. Man kann von dort aus viel erkunden. Ein Mietwagen sollte man unbedingt haben. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet im Bad und Küche mangelt es an nichts. Was.uns aus den Fotos im Inserat nicht ganz klar war, ist das das Schlafzimmer auf einer Zwischenetage gelegen ist und es keine Tür zur Treppe gibt. Das ist ansich natürliche kein Problem, da wir allerdings mit unserer 1 1/2 jährigen Tochter da waren war das anfangs etwas überraschend. Antonino hat allerdings schnell eine Lösung gefunden und wir konnten den Zugang zur Treppe provisorisch versperren. Über warvder Kontakt mit Antonino sehr gut und er hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Es gab vor ort keinen Grill und ich habe einen gekauft und Antonino hat dann darauf bestanden mir das Geld zurückgeben. Eine sehr schöne Geste wie ich fand. Das Internet vor ort funktioniert sporadisch. Uns hat das allerdings nur wenig gestört. Alles im allen einen sehr schönen Unterkunft perfekt um sich am Strand oder Pool zu entspannen oder um die Westküste Siziliens samt Etnä zu erkunden.

Entspannung mit Blick auf den aetna
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den Garten und den Aetna. Schör Pool, den man stundenweise benutzen darf. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es sehr heiss, da haben wir eine Klimaanlage vermisst. Im Schlafzimmer oben ist die Hitze nachts etwas unangenehm.

das Haus am Fuße des Ätna ist gut eingerichtet.Wir haben die Sicht auf Zitronengarten und Vulkan sehr genossen. Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich . Alles verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert! Vielen Dank für das schöne Domizil!

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft
Hübsch gelegenes Häuschen mit großen Terrassen in einem riesigen abgeschlossen Grundstück mit zwei weiteren Häusern, u. a. dem des Besitzers. Einrichtung altmodisch aber alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Hervorragende Küchenausstattung. Schöner Blick auf den Ätna bzw. das Meer. Freundliche Vermieter. Kleines Minus: man hört die sehr nahe Autobahn leider deutlich, ist aber v. a. auf der hinteren Terrasse gut erträglich.

J'ai beaucoup aimé cette petite villa notamment l'extérieur avec ses 3 terrasses fleuries et tout le mobilier nécessaire . Antonino et sa femme sont des personnes réservées mais d'une grande gentillesse .Seul bémol le site est difficile à trouver .

Great view of Etna
The apartament was very big with two patios. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was great for visiting the nearby area. The owners were very kind as well. Of course, the view of Etna from the apartment was beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Location agréable
A preciser que la maison est un rez-de-chaussée surélevé (11 marches) et que la chambre est en mezzanine (10 marches supplémentaires). Pas de connection wifi Avons passé tout de même un excellent séjour et Antonio est très disponible et agréable

All the lemons and oragnes you could want!
My husband, daughter (1 year old), and I enjoyed our time here at Villa Dei Lemons! The property is amazing and definitely delivers on the lemons! There was a beautiful floral smell upon arrival and fresh lemons and oranges waiting for us in the kitchen. Antonino was very helpful getting us settled and answering any questions we had. The house itself was great for a small family. It was a little challenging because my daughter is used to sleeping alone and the bedroom was loft style so she could hear us, but overall it was a great place. The couch was also a fouton so there was a second sleeping area if needed. We cooked our breakfasts and dinners at the house and went out on day trips and found that to be perfect. There were close options for grocery stores and we had no problem getting what we needed. Etna was amazing to see and so quick to get to from here. We also visited Noto and Taormina though the drive was a little longer for those. We very much enjoyed our stay and thank Antonino for making is so wonderful! I actually left a pair of earrings that he mailed back to me :) Such a great experience!

Schönes Haus mit Blick auf den Ätna und zum Meer
Schöne und saubere Wohnung mit Wohnraum, Schlafzimmer und Küche mit Esstisch. Dazu eine äußerst große Terrasse, die sich auf drei Seiten vom Haus befindet. Auf der Westseite der Blich zum Ätna und östlich zum Meer. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles im Allem ein paar schöne Tage hier verbracht.

Aufenthalt in einer verregneten Oktoberwoche
Leider hatten wir wirklich Pech mit dem Wetter: es hat fast die ganze Zeit geregnet. Dafür kann niemand etwas, das ist klar. Die FeWo ist aber meiner Meinung nach nur was für schönes Wetter bzw. den Sommer, da sie nicht wirklich gemütlich ist, wenn man sich drinnen aufhalten muss. Wie viele italienische FeWos ist sie nur zweckmäßig bwz. spartanisch eingerichtet. Zudem gibt die Beschreibung nicht wieder, dass die Wohnung im Prinzip nur aus einem Zimmer besteht: Man hat hier eine Zwischendecke für das Schlafzimmer eingezogen, das sich über der Küche auf einer Mezzanine befindet. Zudem quietschte und knarrte das Bett bei jeder Bewegung. Die FeWo ist daher auf keinen Fall für 4 erwachsene Personen geeignet. Die Lage ist gut für Ausflüge in der Region und bei schönem Wetter hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Ätna. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und der Kontakt lief einwandfrei!

Logement très agréable et bien placé entre Mer ionienne et Etna
Appartement coquet dans une ancienne maison de famille, entre deux terrasses, une donnant sur la mer, l'autre sur l'Etna. Un jardin agréable, fleuri et bien entretenu. Propriétaire très sympathique, disponible, présent dans la maison voisine toujours prêt à aider et à conseiller, parlant français. Ambiance familiale. La situation géographique permet de bien visiter la partie Est de la Sicile. Nunziata est proche de Giarre, ville avec tous les commerces.

Appartamentino in zona tranquilla, con terrazzo panoramico e affacciato sul verde giardino del sig. De panorama's zijn prachtig,het huis is piekfijn in orde,de eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en zeer gedienstig. Het huis ligt kortbij de weg en autostrade maar daar heb je bijna geen last van.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana a cavallo di ferragosto in questo appartamento che si trova tra mare e montagna. L'abitazione è molto gradevole dentro e fuori e si gode di uno splendido panorama vista mare e vista Etna. La sera, anche nelle giornate più calde, si è rinfrescati da un venticello gradevole che giunge dall'Etna e che rende molto piacevole la cena sul plateatico. Alla notte si dorme tranquillamente senza bisogno di aria condizionata. Molto apprezzata la discreta disponibilità e gentilezza del sig. Antonino pronto a fornire informazioni e supporto di ogni tipo.

la casa es acogedora, el propietario muy amable y el entorno (huerto y pueblo) deliciosos. Con vistas al Etna y al mar, se trata de un lugar excelente como punto de partida de excursiones a lo largo del oriente siciliano.
