”Host was responsive, beds comfortable. Fantastic view and location. The unit is sparsely appointed, sofa uncomfortable, not enough amenities to cook a basic breakfast (no toaster, decent size pan, kitchen towel, napkins, salt/pepper, etc.) You must bring everything yourself. Damage to floors and the bathtub is damaged. If you just need a place to lay your head it’s a great price. If you want to enjoy time in the unit, this may not be the place. ”

”One of a kind property just steps from the beach and right in the heart of South Beach. Austin was great to work with and the whole setup was perfect for our Bachelor party group. Had everything you could need for a fun group weekend away and amazing location!”

”Great place to stay. The bad news is that the location and outside appearance is disarming and makes you fear that you will be very disappointed. However, when the open the door you will be delighted at the cleanliness and good condition everything is in. It is far more spacious that I expected. and an unbelievable bargain. The only place to stay while in north Miami. ”
