”We love Kiawah Island and the Sanctuary! It's our little paradise in the South! Sanctuary is at its finest, the room, the staff, the view, the lobby and the grand staircases! Southern charm on point!!”

”If there was a way to leave more stars i would.. legitimately every person on the staff valet/front desk/maintenance team/restaurant and bar workers was a legit pleasure to deal with. Ive never had a more pleasant experience at a hotel/resort. Special shout out to Lizzie who helped my wife plan a bunch of things and was a legit just a ray of sunshine every time we spoke to her..This was our honeymoon and it could not have been better 100 stars out of 5.!!!”

”Great stay!”

”We have been coming for many years, unfortunately the breakfast and the evening apps and drinks have gone down in quality. We still come as still a good deal in the folly location, just sad to see that the amenities aren't what they used to be.”

”The room had built up dirt in every corner. My white socks were dirty after walking from the bed to the bathroom. There was dust on the room divider wood. We were put in a room along the highway. It was very noisy. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

”The front desk staff Joanne was extremely rude and aggressive towards me when I went to check in. She made me feel uncomfortable and like they would call the authorities if my dog made a single noise. She needs training on how to treat customers. I have traveled to other best westerns with my pet before and she ruined my weekend making me paranoid to leave my dog in her crate in the room for any amount of time. Mind you other dogs were barking too, yet she came at me with aggression while...

”Stayed here to attend a meeting. Best thing was the breakfast - nice options including bacon, sausage, and delicious egg bites. Coffee available all day. The room included a refrigerator, dishwasher. A little sad that I wasn't staying longer.”

”I had a Terrible experience with this hotel in the bathroom was dirty towels on the shower area, fresh blood on the sheets and all over the bed , I told the front desk, she told me I need to wait to next day because she is not a housekeeper. I ask for the supervisor and they gave us small sheets for two persons and I had to change my self, but they didn’t gave me pillows cover and it was bloody too,I had a terrible night I don’t recommend this hotel at all.”

”Beautiful property!”

”Good place for the price paid. The ding for unhelpful staff is i left my ipad on the check in counter. They kept the iPad, but dis not call me to let me know i left it.”

”Hotel was clean and very conveniently located.”

”Nicely decorated and clean rooms. Great common area for breakfast and coffee. Nice deck to sit out on and relax. Walking distance to everything - beach, restaurants, night-life.....”
