”My husband and I stayed for one night at the Dry Cottage in Ivy on Glenelg and were blown away by how cosy and comfy it was. ”The rural sheep farm offered quiet, a modern cabin, excellent food dinner, a wonderful farm tour that included wallabies, echidnas, a sheepdog herding demonstration, and an up-close sheep shearing demonstration. The owner is gracious and informative in several languages. We spent 2 nights enjoying comfortable beds and the calls of many interesting birds and animals. Nearby we can also recommend the gin distillery tasting and hiking the 3 waterfalls at Mt. Field national park. ”

”Wir wurden wegen einer Doppelbuchung in ein B&B in der Nachbarschaft verbracht. Dieses war eigentlich nicht das was wir erwartet haben. Das B&B war zwar Annehmbar kostete aber weniger als das was wir bezahlt haben. Auch hatten wir kein Frühstück (B&B) und kein WLAN”

”What an amazing location. Lovely clean, comfortable room. Nice view from the balcony of the bush and a dam with a platypus in it! You can also see wombats and wallabies walking past. Loved the fake gas fire in the room which kept it very warm. You do have to walk outside from your cabin to breakfast. The buffet breakfast could have more variety. The Highland restaurant was great though. Having no wifi, mobile reception or tv in the rooms gave us a complete break away. ”
