The apartment is located on the top floor, with lift, of an elegant building in the new Milan area called NoLo, at 10-minute walk from the Central Station.

The space consists of:

Living area with sofa, Smart TV

Fully equipped kitchen area for cooking, with table for 4

The kitchen area overlooks a beautiful and large sunny terrace, the living area also has another balcony.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, both with shower.

The apartment is equipped with Wifi, Smart TV.

The accommodation also has a washing machine.

We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.The following check-in options are available:

“Flexibility” Option

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

“Book an Appointment” Option

The keys are delivered directly at the apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

This service involves an additional fee, depending on the arrival time:

From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: €15 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: €20 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.: €40 (VAT included)
