It features all the main amenities and is laid out as follows:<br><br><br><br>-LOWER LEVEL with a small kitchenette featuring a 2-burner stove, electric kettle, and small refrigerator.<br><br>Bathroom with bidet and small shower stall<br><br><br><br>-UPPER LEVEL (accessible via internal stairs) with a double bed<br><br><br><br>The two levels are not soundproofed from each other, and there are no doors separating them<br><br><br><br>Additional amenities available: air conditioning with a single split unit, central heating, unlimited Wi-Fi.<br><br><br><br>Please note: there are coin-operated washers and dryers in the building on level -1, shared with other guests.
