A cozy, renovated studio apartment with a loft, featuring all the main amenities and measuring approximately 30 square meters, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator. The apartment is accessed via an outdoor balcony (shared with other units) and overlooks the inner courtyard, which is very quiet!

Excellent location for quick access by car to IULM University, the Navigli district, and Assago-MilanoFiori!

Free or paid street parking is available (not guaranteed).

The apartment is a studio with a loft, consisting of:



-LIVING AREA with a double sofa bed, split AC, and a kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, conventional oven, microwave, and washing machine

-BATHROOM with bidet and shower stall

-BEDROOM (accessible via an internal staircase) with a double bed



Please note: The two levels are not soundproofed from each other

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.



Note: Completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



In the event of unauthorized use of extra linens, you will be charged €15 for each set of linens used.
