Check-in instructions will be provided at the time of booking. In accordance with Italian rental law, we are required to request copies of your identification documents to register guests with the Public Security Authority.

A request must always be submitted for stays longer than 30 days. If your request is approved, you will need to sign a contract, provide documentation proving the temporary nature of your stay, and have an Italian tax ID number. A payment of 100 euros + VAT is required to register the contract if you have a tax ID number; otherwise, the fee is 150 euros + VAT. For stays longer than 30 nights, a security deposit of 500 euros is also required.

HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING

In Milan, the heating season is set by the City and traditionally runs from October 15 to April 15, for a maximum of 13 hours per day, between 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

The maximum permitted temperature is 19°C, with a tolerance of +2°C.

Air conditioning, on the other hand, may be used from June 1 through September 30, depending on the outside temperature.
