The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, 32 TV, dining table and chairs, split air conditioning, and access to the balcony;

- KITCHEN with gas stovetop, dining table and chairs, oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, moka pot, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM with double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, and two wardrobes;

- BATHROOM with raised shower stall, bathtub with shower attachment, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine;

- BALCONY with access from the living room, furnished with a small table and chairs;

- STORAGE ROOM.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS:

Unlimited WiFi, split air conditioning and heating (in the living room), central heating with radiators, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, fan, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack and hangers.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows: * after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro. We are unable to check in after 11pm.

- From Milan Central Station, take the M2 Green subway to the Udine stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.
