Just a short walk from Corso Buenos Aires, Milan’s famous shopping street, as well as the M1 Porta Venezia metro stop and the railway bypass, the apartment is located in a highly sought-after area of the city! Nearby are the Palestro Gardens, the Science Museum, and the Planetarium



The apartment consists of:



-ENTRANCE HALL with LIVING AREA featuring a double sofa bed, smart TV, and split AC

-KITCHEN equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, conventional oven, dishwasher, and electric kettle. Split AC available

-BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, and split AC

-BATHROOM with bidet and shower stall

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.



- For check-ins outside the scheduled times, the following surcharges apply:

* Between 9:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., a surcharge of 25 euros applies. We are unable to accommodate check-ins after 11:00 PM.



- From Milan Linate Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking bus No. 73 to the V.le Corsica 1 stop, from where you can take the train from the Milano Porta Vittoria station (a 4-minute walk) to the Porta Venezia station, a 5-minute walk from the property.



- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express shuttle to Milan Cadorna Station, from where you can take the subway (M1) to the Porta Venezia stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.



- From Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking tram No. 1 from the Via Vitruvio 41 stop (a 2-minute walk from the station) to the V.le Tunisia stop, which is a 4-minute walk from the property.



- If you’re traveling by car, parking is not included; however, you can park for a fee at the garage at Via Aldo Manuzio 10, which is open 24 hours a day and is an 8-minute walk from the property.
