The apartment features a cozy living room with a sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The dining area is modern and functional. The open-plan kitchen is compact but well equipped. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a warm atmosphere thanks to wooden finishes. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and contemporary furnishings. The apartment is bright, with large windows and light curtains that ensure privacy without sacrificing natural light.



We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.The following check-in options are available:

“Flexibility” Option

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

“Book an Appointment” Option

The keys are delivered directly at the apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

This service involves an additional fee, depending on the arrival time:

From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: €15 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: €20 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.: €40 (VAT included)
