The check-in process was very lengthy requiring detailed info of all the resident. There was a lady in front of us who did not know the birthday of one of the guests stayed with her and they would not check her in. Our room was clean with a kitchenette and all the essentials but it should be noted that this was not a hotel and without hotel amenities such as room cleaning - something that expedia should call out very clearly. The staff did not give us extra towels without charge. Our heating unit was problematic and would cause the circuit breaker to make a noise after a minute so we had to turn it on. The internet on the 2nd night was also patchy. When we reported these, the staff did not seem apologetic, their response was ok we'll take a look. It's not a big deal, but the staff were not very friendly, sometimes a little bit of smile goes a long way.
Our location was the best though, like one min walk to the Cadorna train station and walkable to all the beautiful places around.
