cozy and well finished, Lo Spole Apartment has the entrance into an
airy hallway that leads guests to the various rooms of the house.
The living room is large and bright, furnished with open kitchen, dining room, 1 double sofa bed. In the living room there are also TV, air conditioning and French window from which you exit to the balcony.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room, 1 bedroom with double sofa bed and 1 triple bedroom with single beds, one of which is a pull-out. The second shower room completes the house.

Lo Spole Apartment is located in Milan in
Corvetto, a new and suburban neighborhood in the Linate area,
multicultural, full of lively bistros, pastry shops, international
restaurants.
There are beautiful well-equipped parks in the immediate vicinity for picnicking or letting the children play.
The house is just 400 meters from the Brenta stop of the subway, from which the yellow line 3 passes (with a stop also at Piazza Duomo).
The apartment is just 600 meters from the Porta Romana train station. In addition, there are several bus stops nearby.


- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- No one other than registered guests may enter the apartment, not even for a short period of time.
- It is forbidden to smoke and organize parties.
- The apartment is located in a condominium and it is forbidden to make noises that could disturb the neighbors between 10pm and 8am.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Change of Bed linen/towels upon request: euro 100 per apartment per week.
