The property is just a one-minute walk from the Argonne stop on Metro Line 4 (blue) and a 15-minute walk from the Milano-Forlanini train station.

The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and two balconies.



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, desk with chair, split A/C, and access to the balcony;

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, SMART TV, dining table with chairs, split A/C, and access to the balcony;

- KITCHENETTE with induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, espresso pot, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;
