A comfortable 50-square-meter apartment near the Naviglio Pavese, just a 15-minute walk from Bocconi University. The apartment, located on the third floor of a building with an elevator, sleeps up to 3 people (there are a few steps to reach the elevator).

The property is located in the lively Navigli district, famous for its many bars and restaurants. The area offers excellent connections to the city center.

The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a balcony.



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM with a double bed, a single bed, and a closet;

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa, TV, dining table with chairs, split A/C, and a KITCHENETTE with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine;

- BALCONY (access from the living room).
