Mixed feelings

Great location. Walking distance 10-25 minutes to the main ‘attractions’. Canal Navagli great for nights out. Famous flea market right outside the door twice a week. Saturday the best produce from the region food wise. Downside - building itself & no real shops in nearby walking distance or for convenience. Asked about lift but still have to walk a floor - tough with a disabled human. Worse issue was mosquitoes. Ridiculous amounts. All feasted on. Aircon was non existent (apparently set to 21/22 but it was 32 inside), mosquitoes ate you alive and the sofa bed was something only the homeless would appreciate. In fact they shouldn’t advertise it until replaced.

Convenient location near metro and tram stops and close to Navigli district. Apartment has clean and modern decor and a small roof terrace overlooking Milan. The kitchen and bathroom are well designed to make the most of the space. The sofa bed isn’t very comfortable and the air conditioning struggled to keep the apartment cool in the height of Summer, but overall a good place to stay.

Lugar muy lindo y bien ubicado. Tal lo único es que hay unas escaleras que subir sin elevador, cuando tienes maletas se complica un poco. Pero todo lo demás increíble!!

I didn't know that it was not a hotel. Could not communicate properly consequently couldn't check in on time. Had formal meeting at 3pm but could not change my formal clothes and also shower. They didn't change towels and toiletries so was horrible. Just they continued to reminded me put 5 euros on the dish. Terrible.

Shower didn't drain and door knob fell off in my hand

We had traveled for two days and taken a walking tour. We went to our room to shower and rest, but the shower would not drain and only one of us got half of a shower. We had to rinse off using the sink. The a/c was good in the living room, but the bedroom was warm and the thermostat was not able to be changed. We had to pay an extra 49.00 cash for the third person in our group and was only given a receipt for 40.00. I am still waiting for the additional receipt because they said it would be sent via regular mail, not email. I requested a refund, but have not heard anything back...of course. No view is worth this trouble.

Fantastisk lejlighed

Fantastisk taglejlighed, med flot udsigt udover byen. God komfort og god stand. Overraskende godt køkken. God beliggenhed i meget behagligt kvarter og i gåafstand fra centrum. Vi ville klart vælge den lejlighed igen.

El apartamento es muy lindo y espacioso. Tiene buenas camas y una cocina bien equipada El único tema que recomiendo que deben mejorar es la terna de agua caliente porque no dura mucho para 4 personas, y un olor un poco desagradable que salen de la ducha

Was a little disappointed in the condition of the props. There were water stains from ceiling leaks that had been circled with pen and a home cut out to look for the source of the leak. The shower was an open shower that the water poured out of onto the floor. There was water damage to the base boards and the wood floor in the bedroom. Location was excellent and very close to metro station. Would have been nice to have directions to a laundromat as there was no washer and dryer.

メトロの駅も近く、静かで隣に有名ピザチェーン、スーパーも近くにあってロケーションは非常に良いと思いました。

The apartment really looks like the pictures! It's beautiful. It has everything you need. We did not cook there, but there's a nice kitchen. Nice bed, very clean. There's airconditioning. On both sides of the apartment a balcony. We had a small problem with the shower, but they repaired it the next day. On the last day check out is at 11AM. We had permission to leave our luggage and collect it later in the afternoon (I guess this is only possible when there aren't new guests arriving). Ms Maurilia and Mr Dinesh were very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved staying here!

Wunderschönes Appartement ! Die Ausstattung scheint komplett neu und demnach in einem sehr guten Zustand zu sein. Die Aussicht auf dem Balkon ist grandios, die Lage ist sehr ruhig und per Metro (direkt vor der Haustür) kommt man überall schnell hin. Die Küche verfügt über alles was man zum Kochen/ Essen und Lagern benötigt (sogar eine Spülmaschine ist vorhanden!). Diese Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!
