Guests are welcomed into a spacious living room with fully fitted kitchen provided with soft colored cabinets and parquet, and everything you need for your stay, including hotstove, oven, dishwasher, toaster and water kettle. Beside the window you find the table seating up to 2 people for your lunch and dinner. The sitting corner has a comfortable sofa that can be used as double bed or to watch TV and unwind.



Bedroom and bathroom

The night area is composed of 2 prettily decorated, spacious bedrooms in soft colors. Please note that the master bedroom has tiled floor instead of parquet.

The master bedroom comes with a plush double bed and a big wardrobe with glass doors; the guest bedroom has 2 single beds that can be combined together upon request, closet and bridging units.

The bathroom has a contemporary, functional style and comes with shower stall and all comforts.



CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

For your arrival, you can choose between a free self-check-in or an assisted check-in with extra fee. Please tell us the type of check-in you prefer. If not communicated, only the Self Check-in will be available. The assisted check-in is available on request with extra fee from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.



1. SELF CHECK-IN: FREE

We remind you that an internet connection is required to enter the apartment.

You can enter the apartment by yourself from 3.00 p.m.

The standard Check-out time is up to 11.00 am.



2. ASSISTED CHECK-IN: SERVICE WITH FEE

If you prefer to be welcomed by a member of our staff, you can communicate it during your booking. We remind you that we don\'t have a reception, so we need to know the time of your arrival before 12.00 a.m. of your check-in day. Assisted check-in have an extra cost and it is available only from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.



RULES TO BE OBSERVED



-Compliance with the house rules is compulsory.

-It is forbidden for persons other than those listed in the reservation to stay overnight.

-Credit card required for pre-authorisation of 50€. The full amount will be released to your account within 3 days after check-out.
