"My bad experience with this hotel actually started a week before our arrival. I didn't receive a response to my messages, requests or questions that I sent through hotels.com. We didn't feel welcome at any point, the service was simply nonexistent, the staff didn't even greet us. When we arrived at our "junior suite" the situation came to a head: in the middle of our quite spacious room there was an 80's treadmill - a huge gym equiment and 2 different beds were made up, even though the room was booked for two adults."

"Hotellin aulassa hyvä palvelu kellon ympäri. Rautatieaseman ympäristö vähän ränsistynyt, mutta itse hotelli on siisti ja hyvätasoinen. Huone oli riittävän kokoinen ja siinä oli parveke. Jos pitää parvekkeen ovea auki niin saattaa tupakan hajua tulla sisälle. Ilmastointi hyvä. Iso kylpyhuone, jossa suuri valaistu peili. Huone oli hieman liian hämärä ja kaipaisi tarvittaessa yhtä kirkkaampaa valoa. Sänky ja tyynyt parhaimpia hotellien sänkyjä! Paljon tuotteita minibaarissa. Aamiaisella oli runsaasti tuoreita hedelmiä ja erilaisia jogurtteja. Myös lämmintä ruokaa tarjolla. Paljon leivonnaisia jälkiruoaksi. Hyvä juustovalikoma."
