Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

In 15 minutes on foot (or alternatively with tram 14) you can reach Parco Giussani and the stops of the Metro line M4 Coni Zugna and line M2 Sant'Agostino (with a large assorted market every Tuesday and Saturday morning).

From Sant'Agostino you can easily reach (on foot or thanks to public transport in a few minutes) Sant'Ambrogio-Università Cattolica, while Porta Genova and the Navigli can be reached in about 6 minutes on foot.
